What is the GRO Parade of Homes?

Presented annually by the Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA), the GRO Parade of Homes offers an exclusive look inside some of the region’s most impressive new residences. The event brings together leading local builders to showcase exceptional craftsmanship, cutting-edge design, and the latest innovations in home construction and living.

When is the GRO Parade of Homes?

The GRO Parade of Homes kicks off with VIP Night on September 10 at 5 PM. Regular show hours run September 11–27, Wednesday through Sunday, from 10 AM–7 PM. The Parade is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Where are the homes located?

This event has a single-site format. This means homes are in the same development, saving you time driving and adding extra convenience to your day.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

General Admission and Season Pass tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review all ticket details before purchasing.

How do I use my ticket at the door?

All tickets are electronic. Simply pull up your ticket on your phone and have it scanned at entry — no printing required.

 


Preparing for Your Visit

What should I bring?

Bring your electronic ticket (accessible on your phone), comfortable walking shoes, and your curiosity! We recommend downloading the GRO Parade of Homes app before you arrive for access to interactive maps, home details, and event schedules. Always stay hydrated!

Is parking available?

Yes! There will be on site parking with disability parking at the front. 

Can I bring my kids?

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Children under 3 enter free; children ages 3–12 are $5, with 100% of that ticket price going directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 

Can I bring my pet?

Only documented service animals are allowed.

Can I take photos inside the homes?

Photos and videos are welcome.

What should I be aware of inside the homes?

Some homes may be newly finished or still have construction elements. Please be mindful of your personal items and surroundings, and supervise children closely throughout your visit.

Shoes, socks or bare feet?

 

No shoes, just socks and bare feet. Please use the clear bags provided to you to put your shoes into before entering the home. Please plan accordingly for your comfort level to meet these requests.
Be mindful of small rocks and sand that builds up on the bottom of your foot, as to not track it in the homes, these small marks and scuffs build up over time which leaves visible wear on the expensive finishes.

What am I allowed to touch?

Please refrain from sitting. laying, moving, standing on or touching the furniture and finishes. Please limit the amount of times you open an appliance. Good things to tough are hard surfaces like countertops or cabinets. Ensure you have clean hands to avoid any food or oil stains building up over time.
