The GRO Parade of Homes is an annual showcase organized by the Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA), celebrating excellence in residential design, construction, and innovation. Each year, local builders open the doors to their newest projects, featuring a wide range of styles, finishes, and features across neighborhoods throughout Clark County.
The GRO Parade of Homes kicks off with VIP Night on September 10 at 5 PM. Regular show hours run September 11–27, Wednesday through Sunday, from 10 AM–7 PM. The Parade is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Parade homes are spread throughout Clark County neighborhoods in a scatter-site format, allowing you to tour at your own pace. Use our interactive map or download the app to find homes, plan your route, and get directions.

BIA Members receive 2 complimentary tickets per person. You'll need to use your valid member email address when claiming tickets.

Yes — parking is available at each home location. Follow posted signage and staff directions upon arrival.
Absolutely! Children are welcome at the GRO Parade of Homes. Children under 3 enter free; children ages 3–12 are $10, with 100% of that ticket price going directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets are allowed only at homes where it is specifically indicated. Please check individual home listings before planning to bring your furry friend.
Photography for personal use is welcome. Please be courteous and ask before taking photos inside homes out of respect for the builders and their work.
Some homes may be newly finished or still have construction elements. Please be mindful of your personal items and surroundings, and supervise children closely throughout your visit.
